How it works
We will arrange an online consultation with the dentist using a conference call via Skype and everything will be discussed with you. You will be given an estimate for your treatment following the call. Have you received a dental X-ray? Email it to us and we arrange for the dentist to look at it and to organise a timely quote for you. The dentist will also travel to Ireland to do consultations at various times during the year. Email us for the next Irish consultation. You will be advised of all costs before you make any decision to travel to Bulgaria.
When you arrive in Sofia relax and let us do the running. You will be collected from the airport and brought to your choice of accommodation (this will have been pre planned with you).You can choose from self-contained apartments, or very comfortable hotels. The following morning you will be taken to the dental surgery to begin the work. Once the work is complete you will be collected and taken to your accommodation or if you wish to avail of the very cheap Bulgarian prices you will be taken to shopping centres to avail of these prices for food or retail goods. If you wish to do something else, for example, watch a film, go bowling this will all be arranged you will be given a mobile phone with pre loaded credit and after we drop you to a location we will be only a phone call away. You will be collected after whatever activity you have finished and taken back to your accommodation. If your dental work is ongoing you will be taken back to the surgery to continue your treatment. When the treatment is done you will be brought back to the airport for your return flight home.
Payment options
The full cost of your treatment will be given to you before you come to Sofia. If you decide to book the flights yourself you then only pay us when you treatment is complete. This can be done by cash or credit card. Alternatively if want us to book your accommodation only while you’re here you will need to pay a booking deposit. Once again you will be informed about this before you pay. Another option is for us to book a complete package for you, flights & accommodation, you will need to pay for this in advance and this can be done by PayPal or bank transfer. Please note this is a fully transparent procedure you will be advised of all costs beforehand and receipts will be issued to you.
